Our Southern Border: A Battle to the Finish

When is the Obama administration going to open its eyes to the border situation in the southwestern United States? How can any person who considers himself to be the president of the United States even think that he is qualified to hold that office when he lets both foreign and domestic situations burn out of control and the when fate has been determined, step in and make some half-assed comments and decisions as though he has full command of the situation. Come on people, wake up. Obama has neglected his duty to protect the citizens of our southwestern border states and his Attorney General and the head of Homeland Security are about as worthless as confederate currency. What is his problem? Take a look around those states and see all the problems that need to be addressed. Where are the media? The “media”, and I use that term with some trepidation, are swarming to Wisconsin, Ohio and other states to protect the legions of pro-union organizers who are fighting for their political careers. Why aren’t they covering the beleaguered citizens of Arizona, New Mexico and Texas who are fighting for their economic livelihoods? Instead of interviewing senators who have abandoned their sworn duty to represent all the citizens of Wisconsin, why aren’t they in Texas interviewing those ranchers who have to move away from lands that they and their families have tilled for a century or more because of threats from the illegal immigrants using that land as a open door to our country. It’s a good thing that those citizens who kept the doors of Ellis Island open aren’t still around to witness the mass exodus of illegals out of Mexico and other south american countries.
